A modulated force thermomechanical analysis (mf-TMA) and thermodilatometric analysis (TDA) of the green ceramic mixture of kaolin (27 wt.%), Al2O3 (50 wt.%) and feldspar (23 wt.%) up to 1000 °C is presented. The mf-TMA reflects changes during heating the green ceramics with higher sensitivity than TDA. Discrepancies between mf-TMA and TDA revealed that the elastic behavior of the green porcelain samples is determined most importantly by processes on the crystal boundaries (escaping of the water molecules at the low temperatures up to 150 °C and solid state sintering at the temperatures above 450 °C). Processes in the crystal interiors (e.g. dehydroxylation) have a lesser function. Thermodilatometric results depend more on the processes which take place inside the crystals than on the processes on the crystal surfaces. 相似文献

Hot-rolled Al–3Mg alloy processed by various cold-rolled reductions exhibited excellent vibration fracture resistance, however subsequent friction stirring did not endow better vibration fracture resistance than cold-rolled samples in spite of possessing microstructural refinement and homogenization. The D–N curve under a constant initial deflection amplitude (6.5 mm) also showed that the vibration fracture resistance of cold-rolled specimens increased as a result of the slower crack propagation rate. All samples used in this investigation showed a work hardening feature from the initial stage of the D–N curve, and the deflection amplitude tended to increase as the number of vibration cycles increased. During this ascending stage, slip band cracking and strain hardening in the vicinity of the main crack could be recognized. The D–N curve feature of the cold-rolled samples depicted a longer plateau region while the deflection amplitude was at its maximum. It is suggested that the dislocation tangles introduced by cold rolling can strengthen the matrix. As a result, the deflection amplitude drops could be associated with increasing the dislocation tangles due to prior cold rolling while the main crack achieved a critical crack length. 相似文献

This paper proposes a control scheme of a grid-connected doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) wind turbine with series grid-side converter (SGSC) to improve the control and operation performance of DFIG system during network unbalance. The behaviors of DFIG system with SGSC under unbalanced grid voltage conditions are described. The SGSC is controlled to inject voltage in series to balance the stator voltage. Therefore, the adverse effects of voltage unbalance upon the DFIG such as large stator and rotor current unbalances, electromagnetic torque and power pulsations are removed and the conventional vector control strategy for the rotor-side converter (RSC) remains in full force under unbalanced conditions. Meanwhile, three selective control targets for the parallel grid-side converter (PGSC), such as eliminating the oscillations in total active or reactive power, or no negative-sequence current injected to the grid are identified and compared. Besides, the proportional resonant controllers in the stationary reference frame are designed for both the SGSC and PGSC to further improve the dynamic performance of the whole system. Finally, the ratings and losses of the SGSC and the injected transformer are discussed and the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is verified by the simulation results of a 2 MW DFIG-based wind turbine with SGSC under steady state and small transient grid voltage unbalance. 相似文献

为了减小时分复用无源光网络(TDM-PON)上行信号光波长的飘移,基于TDM-PON上行信号光功率均衡器架构,采用单模激光注入锁定光网络单元(ONU)法布里-珀罗(F-P)激光器(LD)方法,研究了F-P LD输出光波长的锁模特性,包括锁模的范围、驱动电流对锁模特性的影响、锁模前后温度变化引起F-P LD光波长变化情况等。结果表明,当驱动电流为9mA时,F-P LD可被锁模的波长范围为0.38nm,大于ONU上行光波长因环境温度变化5℃而产生的波长位移量0.25nm,F-P LD被锁模可使ONU上行信号的光波长相同且稳定,降低光功率均衡后的噪声。 相似文献
